In some instances in the production manufacturing plants it is more cost effective to use traditional methods of removing replacing or to install a new line or structure.

We may be able to utilize the existing  pipe or structure and to install a new pipe or structure in a new location. Then the exiting infrastructure could be removed or abandoned in place.
